Hugh Price does not like the fact that the stereotypic African American teen in the inner city is said to be pregnant or have a child or children and is not capable of taking care of them. Especially teens living in an environment that says you can't do it or you won't make it in this world. Hugh Price believes that if there are more opportunities for teens in the inner city, then there will not be as many teenage pregnancies. There are also millions of children doing the "right" thing and who are on course but, they may change if the adults do not get involved in this situation.
